Areas of Practice

Environmental Law

In any area of practice, there is change, but in environmental law the only constant is change. PFAS claims, lead pipe, and microplastic litigation were hardly a discussion over a decade ago--now they are at the forefront of environmental litigation. My practice focuses on litigation and appeals (administrative and court) of environmental disputes.

I do not advise on environmental transactions or real estate closings with ISRA issues, because I am committed to remaining focused on trial and appellate practice.

I am an elected member of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL), an organization I deeply respect because its members are not only collegial but freely share developments in both environmental policy and law.

My practice is focused on those matters where the parties are going to be in trial as well as appeals arising out of those trials.

Because of the high cost of environmental remediation, I have significant experience prosecuting these claims in the bankruptcy court as well.
